I had a great experience with this car shop! Austin explained to me how the Toyota dealership was getting over on me. The Toyota dealership told me I needed a particular service, but Austin told me I would only need that service if I got a diagnostic code alarm for that service. I greatly appreciate how Austin and Moe were honest with me. Moe gave me insight on how often I should get oil changes done on my car. Austin also gave me insight about transmission services, that I was totally unaware of. I went into Tire Land Auto Care Center to get quotes for rear brake service, oil change, spark plugs, coolant and brake flushes. Austin and Moe gave me a new customer discount and said they could perform all of those services on the same day, and they did! I am very impressed with the all around customer service they demonstrated. They have my loyalty as a future customer. If I could give them 10 stars ⭐️ I would! I highly recommend this business to anyone who wants their automobile services done efficiently, effectively and professionally.

I cannot say enough good things about Tire Land Auto Care Center. I came in last minute needing a tire change (for an unexpected flat) without an appointment, and they still found a way to help me. They went above and beyond by letting me drive on used tires for free for my safety while they ordered my new tires — and then got me the new tires at a great price. As a woman, I’m always a little cautious with mechanics because unfortunately women can sometimes be taken advantage of in those situations. That was absolutely not the case here. They were honest, fair, flexible, and genuinely cared about keeping me safe rather than trying to upsell me. It is hard to find an honest mechanic, and I will continue to come here. Thank you!
